Chef Mattia BaroniSince 2015, Mattia Baroni has been the head chef at Castel Flavon. Inspired by his passion for food, he brings a great deal of versatility, desire for innovation and creativity into the castle’s kitchen. He also boasts considerable experience in Australia, England, Lake Garda and Switzerland, as well as in the starred kitchens at Sissi in Merano and Bad Schörgau in Val Sarentino. His culinary style is characterized by creative delights and surprising tastes in a combination of classic and modern cuisine with seasonal and regional products.
