We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
THE WINE is better when shared
Harmony between flavors is an art; a delicious dish finds its perfect match in a sip of fine wine, an ideal companion to enhance every flavor nuance. The tasting experience at Haselburg is completed with a selection of excellent South Tyrolean, Italian, and international wines.
Zweigelt and Lagrein at altitude
In the vineyards surrounding the castle, we cultivate two types of premium grapes from which we produce wines bearing the Haselburg label: our Zweigelt, appreciated for its fruity aromas of cherry, spices, and soft tannins, and our Lagrein, which grows at higher altitudes, exceptionally light and an excellent combination to more delicate dishes.
VILLA VINÈA
A 30-hectare estate in Romania, Villa Vinèa has become the second home of our vineyards. Here, we produce refined and characterful wines that will delight you.
The vegetable gardens
and orchards
In the aromatic gardens around the castle, we cultivate herbs and vegetables that enrich our dishes, while in the orchards, ancient varieties of apples and pears ripen. Our Schreber gardens are highly appreciated by the people of Bolzano.
